The realty major said that a special committee of the board has approved issuing secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 500 crore on private placement basis in one of more tranches.
The NCDs will bear a coupon rate of 8.25% per annum, the company said in a BSE filing made during market hours today.

A big four bank has announced that it will combine its consumer and business divisions into one division later this month.
Westpac Banking Corporation has revealed that it will bring together the leadership of its consumer and business divisions into a new consumer & business banking division.
The move, effective from 22 March 2021, aims to consolidate divisional management and “simplify the business”.
The new division will be led by the current chief executive, consumer, Chris de Bruin.
Given the change, Guil Lima, the current CEO, business, will be leaving the group.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) There is Major breaking news: President Joe Biden’s wayward pup is no longer in the doghouse.
Biden, in an interview that aired Wednesday, said that his dog Major, who had been involved in a biting incident at the White House, was “a sweet dog.” He explained the biting by saying that the dog had “turned a corner, there’s two people he doesn’t know at all, you know, and they move and moves to protect.”
